Terms of use of the service

This User Agreement (hereinafter — "Agreement") governs the relationship between users and the ExamTickets service (hereinafter — "Service").

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• You have read and accept the terms of this Agreement
• You provide accurate information when registering
• You agree to comply with the Service usage rules

ExamTickets provides the following services:

• Generating answers to exam questions using AI
• Creating detailed answers, explanations, and cheat sheets
• Processing uploaded files with questions
• Exporting results to PDF format
• Saving project history in personal account

User has the right to:

• Use all Service features within the purchased plan
• Receive technical support
• Delete their account and data at any time
• Export their data

User agrees to:

• Not upload files containing malicious code
• Not use the Service for illegal purposes
• Not share their credentials with third parties
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Respect copyright when uploading materials

Payment terms:

• Payment is made in Russian rubles
• Credits are credited to balance immediately after payment
• 1 credit = 1 answer to a question
• Credits have no expiration date

Refunds:

• Refund is possible within 7 days of purchase
• Provided that no more than 10% of purchased credits are used
• Refund is made to the same payment method
• Refund period: up to 10 business days

The Service administration is not responsible for:

• Accuracy and completeness of generated information
• Exam results when using Service materials
• Temporary technical failures
• Actions of third parties
• Data loss due to user fault

The maximum liability of the Service is limited to the amount paid by the user for services.

• All rights to the Service belong to its owner
• User retains rights to uploaded materials
• Generated answers are provided for personal use
• Copying and distribution of the Service interface is prohibited

7. Changes to the agreement

The administration reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through notifications in the Service.

Continued use of the Service after changes means agreement with the new terms.

8. Termination of the agreement

The agreement may be terminated:

• At user initiative (account deletion)
• At Administration initiative for violation of terms
• When the Service ceases operation
